- [ ] Change the name
- [ ] Create a new header image and add it (optional) — You’ll find the templates I’ve used on Canva.
- [ ] In the date property, enter the start and end date of the course
- [ ] In the Course Status property set the current status
- [ ] Change the Course Type property
- [ ] Add the name of the instructor to the instructor property.
- [ ] If you’ve created a contact for your instructor in the People directory, select them in the “involved” property.
- [ ] Add the course name to the “Course” property.
- [ ] Change the filters so only entries with your newly added course will be shown.
- [ ] Maybe rename the database views.
- [ ] Unsync the synced block containing “Requirements” (or you will change the new course template, too.
- [ ] make the block containing the requirements to a synced block.
- [ ] Copy & Sync
- [ ] Insert the synced block to the Course Syllabus page
- [ ] remove the old requirements block from the Course Syllabus page
- [ ] Click on the arrow down besides “New” and duplicate the NOTES TEMPLATE of your chosen course color.
- [ ] Click on Edit
- [ ] Rename the Template appropriately
- [ ] Change the header image (optional) — You’ll find the templates I’ve used on Canva.
- [ ] Change the icon
- [ ] Change the Course in the Course property
- [ ] Change the Semester in the Semester property
- [ ] Set the Template for the notes view as default (only for this view)
- [ ] Click on the arrow down besides “New” and duplicate the WA TEMPLATE of your chosen course color.
- [ ] Click on Edit
- [ ] Rename the Template appropriately

- [ ] Change the icon
- [ ] Change the Course in the Course property
- [ ] Change the Semester in the Semester property
- [ ] Add your student ID to the Student ID property
- [ ] Change the block containing your name, student ID, semester and the name of your instructor.
- [ ] Set the assignment template for the assigment view as default (only for this view)
- [ ] Add as many entries to the course view as you’ll need and change their names
- [ ] Change the filter of the “Notes” view if you want to see related Exams, Research Journal entries etc. in your course overview.
